We have had a flump (a kind of marshmallow thingy for all you colonial types out there) eating competition at work. The winner managed to get 28 flumps in his mouth at once and chew and swallow them. I only managed about 15 at once but have probably eaten around 100 flumps in the last 30 minutes. How many flumps would it take to cause me to get sugar poisoning and die? And also if anyone knows if this is a world record then please let me know.

Sugar Poisioning is not really an immediate thing you can drop down dead of, it happens over many years and causes diseases that eventually kill you.

Besdies, I happen to know that Noel Edmonds holds the world record with a massive 38!

This would be a difficult experiment to satisfy by yourself so i would recommend being a Yahoo pioneer and carrying out this task with an assistant. Have your assistant report back how many it took to kill you. Even though you would be sacrificing your own life you could potentially be saving many others. Alternatively you could write to the Egyptian secret police, I'm sorry but i don't have the address. I am led to believe that they still use interrogation methods no condoned by the united nations. For a nominal fee they could be persuaded to force feed an inmate a large number of flumps and report to you the exact amount that killed him.

It would only take for 1 flump to go down the wrong way and choke you to death
