why r my legs so hairy?

i am just 14 yr old 7 my legs look as if they ar eof 20 yr old boy & even i've started to gro w hair on my face also, my classmates show no traces of all this, & i feel bad, i want to slow down hair growth. tell me how to do that & also what are the things that promote hair growth? is it bcoz of masrurbation?
