i visit observe this question simply by fact i'm having an identical subject with my 2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous son. I purely took him to Hair Cuttery to get his hair decrease and he cried and screamed the full time. He tolerated the scissors a sprint greater effective than the clippers. humorous element, he calmed down a sprint as quickly as we took the cape off him. i think of next time i will ask them to not positioned that on him and that i will purely take care of the hair on his outfits. Do you undergo in concepts the Flowbe (those clippers that could connect with the vacuum purifier)? i replaced into questioning of having that, until i found out that not basically does my son hate clippers, yet he additionally hates vacuum cleaners! good success to the two one human beings!

My son got into the vaseline a few years ago! I tried EVERYTHING I had in the house. Nothing took it out. (I even tried Mr Clean -- carefully). His hair just looked greasy for several days. But I recently heard from my grandmother that baby oil, as crazy as it sounds, will dissolve vaseline. It's basically mineral oil, what is used in eye make up remover. Wish I had known that a few years ago!

I have heard baking soda will absorb some of the grease. Mix it with some water to make a paste and rub it in their hair. I think you follow it up with regular shampoo. You'll have to repeat the process several times though. I've heard it's a nightmare trying to get it out. Good luck!!!!!

My nephew did this years ago and really, Dawn dish washing liquid is the best thing you can use. Remember, it was used to save all those animals from the Exxon/Valdez oil spill?? Good Luck!!

Oh my goodness!
PLease dont use any harsh degreasers on your poor baby.
A little vasline wont harm but the chemicals in degreasers and dish washing detergent most definitely will. Just leave it there and it will go off by itself. Try using spme baby shampoo and baby soap instead.
Dont unnecessarily worry about it, its not going to harm your baby.

Dawn dish soap, just be sure not to get it in her eyes, and don't do it with her in a regular bath. Wash her hair and get her out. It's gentel enough it won't hurt her, but she shouldn't be in it a really long time.

what type of Vaseline / grease are you talking...? you should give details... asking such incomplete questions for your kids should be avoided... answerers would answer according to their personal natural instincts... they may or may not be good to your kids...
so, be patient and use good shampoos that are made for greasy hairs...
i strongly believe that detergents and dish washing chemicals should never be used on hair...
in India and Pakistan 'multani mitti' is used on greasy hair... it is excellent and not harmful...

I bet Dawn Dishwasing Detergent would work, just make sure you put conditioner in after wards so it's not too dry.
