Sweet Baby Ray's brand for sure. I think it is the Honey BBQ one that is sooooooo good. I have to hide the bottle in the fridge near the back to keep my husband from using it on everything, so I can use it in a recipe later on.

I make my own pulled pork by roasting a Boston Butt roast for 4-5 hours till falling off the bone. I remove all fat and bone then cut into small chunks. Place the meat in a skillet along with a chopped medium onion and Kraft hickory BBQ sauce. Simmer till onions are soft. Makes great sandwiches.

Jim's Sauce is an award-winning authentic North Carolina bbq sauce that is primarily vinegar based, but has a slight sweetness to it. If you're not in NC, you can order it online.
