As long as you have a large enough Avery Cockatiels and Budgies will usually live happily together. They need space to get away from each other if needed. Always separate them if you want to breed them because normally friendly birds can turn and attack and kill each others babies. Love birds ( peach face parrots?) are a different kind of parrot and are best kept on their own

Not a good idea... the Love birds will take the others apart and the Cockatiel will take the Budgerigars apart..

I wouldn't put anything in with Love Birds, which tend to be agressive. The parakeets and cockatiels would most likely get a long fine, depending on the size of the enclosure.
