It has been going on for almost three years... Only that I can no longer tell what I am feeling anymore. I feel kind of numb, but my stomach is always hurting and I feel like I am going to pee in my pants. How can I stop this feeling? My music usually calms me down, but I don't have a mp3 player or cd player.

Perhaps try to find the root of your anxiety with therapy.

I don't know how old you are but it might help to talk to someone there are kids and adult helpline free toll numbers. even a doctor you trust might be able to put you on a low dose of xanax or valium just to relax you when you have those tense moments. When i get anxiety or panic attacks it affects my stomach and i have to urinate a lot, some times I've even wet the bed from it. So calm down with some music and if you can get some of that medication i suggested it will definitely help just remember to take only what you get prescribed. If the doc suggests anti depressants go to a different doctor who will give you xanax or valium cause you aren't depressed you are suffering from moderate to severe anxiety. all the best consult a medical professional.
