She is checking to see if the water is the right temp to drink, this is very normal for cats to do. Too cold of water will upset her tummy, its a natural thing to do, such as we test a bottles temp of milk before giving to our babies. your cat is just using instinct precautions. Pretty neat huh?

I think it's something that most cats do. My 6 month old kitty does the same thing. He has to stick his paw in the water dish before he actually starts drinking the water. I am not worried about it and neither is our vet.

My kitty does that; so much that I sometimes have to change the water twice a day to keep it drinkable because stuff from his paws comes off in the water. He just likes to play. He does the same thing in the toilet, and he jumps into the shower as soon as we shut it off. Quirky little things, aren't they? That's why we love them, though.

our cat doesn't dip his paw in his water bowl- he prefers the toilet. we have to keep the seat down to stop him from playing in the water. some cats have that quirk where they play, watch or even jump in water to swim. it's so cute to watch though.

It's just a quirk. My kitties will do that, and I used to know another cat who would pick food up with his paw and eat it like that.

eating and eating extra: coming up milk for her toddlers. vivid pink blood in her stool: maximum possibly haemorrhoids from each and all of the better food she's been eating (extraordinarily because of the fact the vet has already checked for parasites); did the vet prescribe antibiotics? attempt moistening her food with a splash heat water for 10 minutes formerly giving it to her.

Our cat does that, maybe there are near sighted! That is what I think, my cat does it all the time. Our cat also likes to drop her toys in the water.!!!!
