Well, here are a few arguments I would make.
Crime: Did you know that nearly 30% of the inmates in California prisons are illegals? Did you know that California's prison system is about to burst from overcrowding?Did you know that our court systems in border states are being stressed to the breaking point? We have all of these people roaming around, some employed, some not. If this isn't a recipe for disaster, I don't know what is. Isn't even one murder or rape too many by people who have no right to be here in the first place? Anybody who has been a victim would surely say yes.
Social Services: Go into any welfare office and see exactly who is applying for services. I like to be compassionate, but this is ridiculous. Try sneaking into Mexico and applying for some sort of assistance. Fat chance. Our hospitals and clinics are under great strain because illegals show up in the emergency room and, by law, they must be treated. Many have had to close their doors because they couldn't absorb the cost. So, what happens when a citizen needs treatment and there isn't any medical service available, or in close proximity? Well, just learn to live (or maybe I should say, die) with it.
Jobs: What do you suppose having 20 million people running around looking for jobs at any wage does to the wages of the people who live here? It depresses the wages of course. It's just simple economics. And if amnesty comes to pass, that will only get worse as you wil then have all of these people competing for jobs that they may now be afraid to apply for out of fear that they may be caught. It's amazing how more and more jobs are becoming "jobs Americans won't do". Could it be that they won't do them anymore because they can't feed their family on the wages that those jobs now pay?
I guess I'd finally ask this question. Don't we, as a sovereign nation, have a right to decide who we let in this country? Doesn't every country in the world, including Mexico, reserve that right? I say deport all illegals. And don't buy the argument that it can't be done. If they need help finding them, they can contact me and I'll get them off to good start. Then, we can install an orderly process for importing foreign labor on our terms, not theirs. BUILD THE FENCE.

There are approximately 3 hundred,000,000 US voters dwelling interior america of a. On an extremely uncommon social amassing it has surpassed off that a US citizen has been deported by using mistake. those have been situations have been a Mexican drug broking who did not communicate sufficient English to communicate, had no id on him, and became into mentally retarded, ended up in a deportation cellular. If 3 such situations in line with twelve months ensue, it particularly is precisely 000000,a million% that's so below the prospect to win the jackpot at any lottery, 3 time in a row.

First off, this issue is not a racist issue. It is about the LAW. If someone is here ILLEGALLY, they are breaking the law and should be deported.
I have no arguments for ILLEGAL aliens and they are lots against. They are destroying our schools and health care system. They bring disease with them because they haven't been immunized. They are a drain on our economy. They steal identities and jobs that Americans WANT. They don't pay taxes. (Some will claim they pay taxes but they are liars! How can a person pay their "fair share" of taxes when they have a low income and no social security number?)
Bottom line, the ILLEGAL aliens are destroying our country!

i m german married to an american & a legal citizen of the USA . I pay my tax here. I don't see a reason why i should get deported . Also why should i become an USC if i might go back to my country when i go to retire . I really don't get your point. If you deport all non citizen how about the foreign companys that they placed in the USA (Siemens , Bosch , SAP, L'Oreal ect ). Do u want to deport the CEO'S from that companies aswell ?Don't you think that the immigrants (if legal) should have the choice?
Some ppl are in the USA to make business and that's all .

At state levels the costs passed to taxpayers is outrageous. We are spending billions on illegals, health care, education etc.
Another thing Legal immigrants go thru health/disease screenings and criminal background checks. Illegals who cross our borders do not go thru any of this.......pretty scary. There are studies that have been done saying that illegals have brought in disease that we have already eradicated. But still remains that they don't go thru any of the screenings.
I suggest you take a look at the costs that is caused by illegal immigration. It is an eye opener!! ( I guarantee you will be stunned)
Deporting is the only solution, giving amnesty AGAIN is a worthless action, by NOT deporting we are sending out the message that it is ok to come here illegally and in 15- 20 years from now we will be back discussing the illegal immigration problem Again. Amnesty didn't work in 86 and will not work now.

The United States offers SO MANY different ways to be allowed into our country legally. If an American Citizen breaks our laws then we hold trial and punishment. Why should we allow those who come here illegally to side-step our laws? It's unfair to those who came here legally, and to those who live here.

The ones that broke the law by entering the country illegally, should be deported. Braking the law must be punished its the only ethical solution. If American citizens brake the law they are punished, Why not illegal immigrants.

You can say that if somone want to live in America, they need to become a citizen. Even if they have a green card and are here legally, they need to get deported. In my opinion it is a weak and mean argument but it is all I can think of. I'm so sorry!

I have a good excuse for not doing this. If you do it it means a destabilization of your market as all the low level jobs that they're taking at discounted rates dry up and you can no longer provide a lot of services.
Also, the USA is built on immigration, why do they not simply give these people immigrant status? Then they can pay taxes like everyone else. I mean it's not like they're not contributing.
I suppose you would want to do this if you wanted overqualified people to be underpaid. Or if you want to up minimum wage, because with most educated people not willing to take these jobs that're freed up by the deportation, they would have to offer higher pay and signing bonuses to even work basic construction jobs.
However this would also tank the market and the dollar, inflation I think would also go up hugely.
It just doesn't make sense to get rid of them. The best option is to make them legal and taxable.
