I will have to agree with you, exercise is not as bad as it is to have to deal with the food. For example, if you don't have it on hand there is 0, Zero, NADA possibilities you are gonna eat it 'cause you don't have it, so don't buy stuff you know is not good for you are you are not capable to resist. Never go to the grocery store hungry. Cravings only last 5 minutes, so engage yourself in another activity like folding laundry or reorganize your closet. Chew sugar free gum. Treat yourself with a delicious cup of tea. Drink a glass of water.
Once you get use to your routine of the types of food you know they are good for you the easier is gonna be get over of those foods are bad for us.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring or a torture, make your plates look pretty with garnishes.
There is not best feeling than feeling healthy and fit.
Good luck!

before you eat whatever you crave just think like damn that's going to be like 7,000 calories then think about how many lbs you are going to gain by eating it. When you crave, chew some gum, drink some water, eat neg calories like carrots, celery and apples. Eat 100 calorie packs. Drink a slim fast or a slimfast bar. Eat a small salad. WOrkout, get out the house go for a walk, watch a movie, eat a small handfull of popcorn. think about how much weight you would lose if you didn't give in that one time. Stay out of the Kitchen! Nothing taste as good as Thin feels!
Drink a diet soda, the fuzzy bubbles makes you feel full and only 0 calories
Good luck!

Your body can become, for lack of a better word, addicted to the sugars and fats in the food you eat. I have found that after doing the Master cleanse, and getting allot of the toxins and cleansing your system, it helps allot with cravings, as your mind and body have time to disconnect from the foods you eat. From there you can start to eat a more raw whole foods type of a diet, and you will find you benefit so much. I have done this and found that I have much more energy, and my complexion cleared up so much. I feel health after doing all of this, and it is totally different than i would have thought it would have felt.
Good luck to you!

I love food too. I do two things. (1) At home. i buy stuff that tastes good but that are healty. If there is no junk food in the house, then you wont eat any. I also dont fry food anymore. I steam or saute. I find that the food is juicier that way. (2) I buy snacks for work. I always have apple sauce, cup of soups, crystal light, cheese its, and just stuff around to cover all of my cravings. I have a draw at work where i dump everything at. Hope this helps.

Eat whatever it is that you like. Just do so in moderation. Eat 1 or 1/2 a serving of whatever -- depending on the fat/caloric content. Then, go about your usual exercise routine. And remember: drink lots of water! That helps, as well.

well just imagine maggots on your favorite food that should stop you or let your favorite food sit out for a few days, take a good look at it and smell just let that be in your memory.
