I have the same problem and I hate it when someone touches my screen, ever seen the fingerprints on it after they have been eating some greasy potato chips? You can be nice about it ~ it may be a challenge though.

I would put a Proximity Sensor that activated pop up Photon Lasers to tattoo Don't touch the screen! again.
That would be neato.

I would make labels (a couple of them) with bold print (& in red, if possible) and slightly stick them to each side (and even on top and bottom) of the screen that read, "PLEASE, DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT TOUCH THIS LCD SCREEN!!!!!"

if its the companys pc. say you know you are not supposed to touch the screens on these computers because it can damage then and im not going to pay for it . casually tell them, "you know you are not supposed to touch these screens right".. they will just be like "oh my bad i didnt know sorry," and move on, get some balls man. just tell the damn person.

Don't say anything. Have a wipe handy and immediately wipe where they touched and go about your business. They should get the hint.

Put a "Please Do Not Touch the Screen" sign at the top of your monitor. Since this applies to "everyone", you have taken away the "personal" attack on them.

I would just take a stick and wack their hand...and work my up to their head if they keep doing it.
Or you can just poke them until they get annoyed and tell them yes it is...so stop!

put a post-it note on your screen's edge that says "please don't touch me, I'm sensitive". I did it once for 2 weeks and it worked.
