My mother was recently diagnosed with uterin cancer, phase 2. I know that phase 2 is not as bad as phases 3 & 4. But what exactly do the "phases" refer to?

Jackson,

Stages of cancer are just a universal way for doctors to describe how big the tumor is our how far it has spread. The stages are different for each type of cancer and the organ that it is in.

Stage 2 uterine cancer means that the cancer is in the uterus (where the human fetus develops) and has spread to the cervix (the opening in the uterus that the baby passes through into the vagina and out of the body) but no where else.

The good news is that the cancer is still confined to the uterus itself, and therefore has a pretty good chance of being cured by treatment or a procedure that removes the uterus (called a hysterectomy) and the cancer with it.

Hope this helps!

I have herd that some women human beings bypass for the "solid and silent type" and that is purely the way women human beings communicate about it. For fairly some women human beings they want a guy who's a strong listener and would not fairly talk his options. My dad is the celebration I see each of the time! i might want to leave of the note timid i don't know any woman who's. For me shyness is sometimes an outstanding turn-on it also says that a woman merely would not opt for to pitch in with each of the merciless gossip going round!

I think that is already in a bad stage, I hear that at stage 2 there is a lot of.... I don't want to discourage you, miracles happens but... on phase 2 the patient is very likely to transmit the cancer to neighboring organs.

I think that there haven't ever been any cancer patient alive by stage 4 bacause the Cancer patients die often on phase 3.

The wife of an acquintance of me has got the cancer and is also over the phase 2 and I hear is also baddie...

But again... cheers up! miracles happens! .... pray, you know. We will for your mom too.

it's good..in a way..i mean of course 2 is better than 3 or 4..it means it hasnt spread to other areas pretty much..which is a good thing.
