Fried unbreaded foods is healthy in olive oil (not vegetable oil) but not breaded foods. Too high in carbs.
Low fat has failed the test of time. In particular, that we are in the midst of an obesity epidemic that started around the early 1980's, and that this was coincident with the rise of the low-fat dogma. They say that low-fat weight-loss diets have proved in clinical trials and real life to be dismal failures, and that on top of it all, the percentage of fat in the American diet has been decreasing for two decades. We ate more fat-free carbohydrates, which, in turn, made us hungrier and then heavier.
So fried foods are not unhealthy but watch that breading!

Olive oil has a much better style and good too. purely be conscious that it has a much better style. greater advantageous Virgin olive oil is terrific for salad with a plenty better style. good for saute'ing, yet for frying not tremendously much as good simply by fact it has a tendency to have a decrease smoke element.

1st of all, vegetable oil isn't too healthy. The healthiest oils are olive and canola.
Fried foods should be limited because oils are high in calories, and too many calories make you fat.
