If he's really cute , he probably knows it and he's used to girls throwing themselves at him . Act like you're not interested but don't be rude or too distant. It's a fine line to walk. Good Luck!

Flirt a lot but also tone it down and just be his friend. Be there for him when he needs you and also just ask him to hang out with you and your friends. Slowly work it out to where it's just the two of you. Then make your move girl. Nothing is wrong with the girl making the first moves ya know. I'm not saying just down right make out with him but maybe a kiss on his cheek just to let him know you're into him. Try it. It worked on me and my ex that's how I let her know I was into her I kissed her cheek.

Based on the wording of this question, I assume you're still fairly young (early to mid teens), and likewise the guy is of a similar age. Guys that young are the densest material on Earth, and subtlety will get you nowhere. You've got two options to get his attention: Be blunt and tell him you like him, or dress like a hooker. Dressing like a hooker will get you the wrong kind of attention though, so that pretty well narrows it down to one option: Just tell him you like him.
