It's not any particular language, I can recognise letters from different languages, just a few that springs to mind: French, German, Greek, Spanish. It's all the characters that don't exist in normal English spelling, however, microsoft wants to make sure that users of other languages can use their product (a favourite of the whole IT users' community). You can even get chinese characters on your computer if you set up. It's done through Encodign, which is on the Veiw menu on the top of your screen. Clever, huh?

I'm afraid it's not Russian at all - the Russian friend must be dyslexic, you could run it through a translator but it will show gobbledeegook.
It's actually a code which translates into University of Bahrain website. Google ÃáãÃÃÃÃÃ¥ and then look at the help files.

Well....I am assuming this came from an email you recieved. If you don't have the proper language scripters loaded on your computer, foreign langauges come across like this. Many Russians are spamming lately and it would look like what you have posted.
