my pc cannot read chinese characters.I go to language setting in control panel but they say to install need a file call cplex.exe but i cannot find it anywhere on my pc.Help!who can helpme

Click Control Panel and choose region and language options and choose languages and click install files for east Asian languages or you can choose advanced and click traditional Chinese (big 5) or/and simplified Chinese and finally apply

try downloading it from windows.com I had this problem with Spanish . There was nothing I could do because I didn't have the multi-language package . Make sure you do . You can find out by restarting your computer and pressing F10 before it starts . It will let you see your system settings.
