I assume by thyroids meds you mean synthetic thyroid hormones. You probably took synthroid or a generic version of it (t4) or cytomel (t3).
For blood test they usually consider 6 times the 1/2 life of the hormone for it to no longer affect you. For T4 the half-life
is about a week, so 6 weeks for it to be out of your system, and for T3 the half-life is 1 or 2 days, so less than 2 weeks.
I think you are putting yourself at risk by taking thyroid hormones just for the purpose of weight loss, and not for a specific thyroid condition.
Not sure what you should expect after but keep your fingers crossed you did no permanent damage.
From a bodybuilding site that I do not codone:
Those who take high dosages of Cytomel over a long period of time are at risk of developing a chronic thyroid insufficiency. As a consequence, the athlete might be forced to take thyroid medication for the rest of his life. It is also important that the dosage is reduced slowly and evenly by taking fewer tablets and not be ended abruptly.

A couple of weeks to be completely out of your system. Hopefully, your thyroid gland hasn't slowed down because of you taking meds when you didn't need them. Thyroid meds are not good for losing weight. All they do for weight is to help to maintain weight, so thatthe hypothyroid person stops gaining. Losing weight whether hypothyroid or not requires less food than you burn and more exercise. There are no magic shortcuts. Things that can help are reducing carbs, increasing fiber, taking digestive enzymes, and taking organic apple cider vinegar before meals

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!
