Change is difficult. There is no getting around that. However, I think you are more concerned about your friends and your boyfriend. I am sorry but you need to pay attention. If you are in high school then these next few years are most important in your life. Set goals for yourself.

One good point is that you get to finish this year with your friends. You get to see your boyfriend every weekend. Do not take things for granted. Be thankful for what you have.

Don't ask to stay in your old school, that would just be delaying what has to happen and would make it harder in the end. Do you have a dog you could take for a walk around the new neighborhood? If not, do any of your neighbors have dogs, you could offer to be a "dog walker" for a really low fee you could walk their dogs each day - this would serve to get you out and about and is a conversation starter. If not, look for the local animal shelter and see about volunteering there, this serves two purposes also, you will be helping the animals and yourselve, you will meet people in the area and feel good about yourself. You have to be out there to meet people. Your mom could also contact the new school to find out the schedules for their athletic teams (football, baseball, etc) and you could go watch them play (even as a family) and meet people there. Good luck to you and God Bless. I know it is hard but you will be a better person for having all these experiences in your life and you will be proud of yourself when you are done.

I hope the new school will teach you how to spell.

Good luck!
