The Church of Reality is not a religion of science, it is a religion of people. We explore reality from the human perspective. In order to explore reality we need a strong, healthy society where people can live freely and peacefully, and the human race can evolve forward toward a better future. The pursuit of reality is something that is a shared process. It's something we do together as a church, as a community, and as the human race.

I hope this is a parody religion. It lost me at "Winning Souls for Darwin". In reality, the soul does not exist. Human beings can do all of the things described there without a church.

Have to admit was frightened at first organized religions can sometimes be misleading before you know it we're all drinking poisoned koolaid and wearing Nikes It sounds like a lovely organization am all for people trying to make the world a better place. I wonder why they choose to call themselves a religion? I personally would not have looked twice had you not explained what it was in your question. Thanks for the info

Depends.... Does the Church of Reality like Corporate America? Does it like business owners? I bet it doesn't.
In fact, I get the distinct impression that it is liberalism masquerading as a religion.

Your right the church of reality is following the bible as it stands, and interpreting what is true, not what is fiction or what you feel is right, or what else someone may tell you read for yourself. That's the church of reality.

I think reality has its merits and I sympathize with it, but I would not go so far to worship it.
(Or, to put it this way: Reality is for people who cannot handle alcohol)

I pose the question back, What is worse, God's rules, or listening to a bunch of PC weirdos? I'll take God. However you sugar coat this fluff ball bunch, it is just plain selfishness and PC fascism.
