Lots of rest and plenty of water. There are also some great products out there that will help to decrease your dark circles and puffiness. Arbonne has an excellent anti-aging line that is specifically formulated to address the after effects of sun damage and aging. Their facial serum and eye cream contain a natural lightening agent called kojic acid and work to even out your skin tone. They reduce the appearance of long term environmental damage such as brown spots and freckles, and the eye creme is great for spot treating. The eye cream is perfect to reduce dark circles and puffiness under your eyes. I use it and love it. I would be happy to send you a sample if you would be open to giving it a try. Take a look at some of the before and after results.

O.k., this sounds gross but it works. Preparation H Hemmorhoid cream. It shrinks hemmorhoids and shrinks puffy eyes. There's other stuff on the market with the same ingredients, but they cost more. Try a dab under each eye.

rest. also, wash your face with warm water frequently.

try not to concentrate on one area of sight. look around and close your eyes whenever you feel you need to.

don't get surgery, it will hurt and is risky in this situation.

just get rest and wash your face with warm water.
