I have a stainless steel digital watch with no manuafactuer name and no manual. It just says 20281KNX and C311-06 on the back. I want to set the watch. It has 4 buttons. Upper left btn = Light, Lower left btn = Mode, Upper right btn = Start and Lower right = Reset. I have tried to set this thing but can't figure it out. Right now the alarm goes off at some weird time at night and I can't find where to set or turn that off. Also, the hourly alarm is set to on and the current time is slightly off. Thanks.

Start with the mode button. Press that and see what modes are available to you. I hope there is one that says "alarm" and if so, see what time it indicates. My guess is that it will have the time that the alarm is currently going off in the middle of the night. While looking at the watch display depress the "start" button and see if any idicators on the watch change. If you don't see anything try the "reset" button. As a last resort try the "light" button. One of those should cause an indicator or two to change state. If you're lucky both the alarm and hourly alarm will be on the same screen and you'll be able to turn them both off. If not, you may have to look for a setup screen for the hourly alarm.
As for the time setting, it might be one of the screens you get to from the mode button also. If not, while the watch is showing the time, try holding down the start or the reset buttons for a few seconds. Sometimes that triggers the time adjustment mode.
