not legally- 18 for some issues, 21 for others (ie voting age, drinking, driving, smoking, etc....) But actually some people are 30 and still mentally children, so go figure!

Age 18 to do everything but vote. Age 21 your there.
(Don't be fooled however; if you commit a serious crime you will be tried as an adult.)
