My daughter is 6 months old and she woke up yesterday with a runny nose, watery eyes, and has been sneezing a lot. Today she had a fever of 99.9. I took her to the dr. yesterday for her 6 month checkup and they said it looks like allergies. I have a play date today and don't want to to take her if she is actually sick. The drainage from her nose is clear if that helps. Is this allergies or a cold?

I have the same thing right now and its not allergies.

if she has aches and pains its possible she has the flu.

but it is also possible to have allergies with fever if,

any alergens are in the air, they are kind of hard to spot,

but i would just give her a warm bath, lavender soap helps with the aches, accompanied by some asprin and claritin.

Yes, it is called hayfever.
Get some baby motrin for the fever.
Get some cherry baby vicks for the congestion
Boil some steam with salt to clear the air.
Its the season for allergies.

fever can have with allergies. any condition in the body which produces inflammation can produce fever either allergy, infection, trauma, chemical injuries, burn etc. prevent your daughter from cold temprature. give her plain water steam inhalation. and some antiallergic. with this she may recover within short period.
