I know what ya mean mate. Sometimes I drink x amount & I'm fine the next day. Another night I drink less, yet I feel crap afterwards.
Always eat after a binge & drink plenty of water before you go to bed - this way water will help ya body recover while you're asleep.

As much as you'd hate to have another drink early in the morning....drinking one cold beer instead of water seems to unwind dizziness and overall hangover symptoms. After a couple of hours you'll start feeling hungry again. Eat something lite, like a salad or soup and get some rest. You'll see when you wake up you'll feel much better :-)
Try not to mix drinks next time you go out. IE: 1 shot of Vodka, later on having a beer, later...a Piña colada etc. If you start with beers drink beer all night long. Same goes for other drinks.
So, is it normal to feel the way you feel when hungover? Yes it is. Different people process alcohol differently.

Everyone sufferes differently and every hangover you have can be different. Drink lots of fluids today like water and gatoreade, take two advil or something similar and rest. Next time make sure you don't drink on an empy stomach and that you're not dehydrated when you start drinking.

I use to have this same problem. To stop it I would stop at burgerking after drinking and get a chicken sandwich and a mountain dew. The greasey chicken will get you to puke that night then the mountain dew will make it sweeter so your not dry heaving. Then after your done being sick you feel some what better then you need to drink as much water as you can. Water will hydrate your body. Most hangovers are due to being deydrated so drink water all night long and you should feel alot better come morning.

Normal. You have a lower tolerance level than the people you are drinking with. One suggestion is that you upgrade your alcohol. Get the top shelf liquor instead of the house brand they automatically put in your drink . You will pay more, but it's worth it in the long run.

the amount that you drink could be less than your friends and yet you still feel worse, it depends on your person? best cure for hangover; pint of water at 6 am followed by a mile run, works a treat everytime!!!

everyone takes hangovers differently, it just depends on your body
being fit and healthy will make your hangovers weaker.
Also try and drink light coloured alcohol as opposed to dark (white wine instead of red wine etc)
Eat fatty food before you go out drinking- eg steak, burgers etc to soak it up or have a drink of milk to line your stomach
This will help with the sickness feeling

Everyone different. I, for example, don't get hangovers. i only feel a little queesy if I don't get enough sleep (like 4 hours then i have to go to work).
If you don't want a hangover learn what your limit is and dont go over it.

I suffer this way too, when I drink more than my body can handle. I don't drink anymore than anyone else either, it's just that my tolerance isn't as high as others.

its very possible that you are still drunk ! drink lots of fluid and try not to achieve much and just because other people aren't admitting to spinning doesn't mean you have it different .perhaps its time to think about your intake and stop before you think your gonna feel this bad.
