If you don't want to wear them yourself or otherwise use for amusement, give them back when she returns to work, or if gone permanently, one wonders why she left so quickly.
I might suggest next time you give her time to put her knickers back on before tossing her out the back door.

You are allowed to return them with just a label and stamp - you don't need an envelope. Its a common event for the post office in UK

Just wash them and give them back in a bag when she comes back, if she dont come back , throw them away or give them to goodwill.
