Is Congress being ruled by Military Order #1?

I am not going to explain it, and if you can't google it and understrand, oh well! Just want to know if anyone understands the implications and why Congress cannot today change Iraq or any other foreign policy.

NO...the Democrats and wimpy Repoblicans do not have the GUTS to de-fund the Iraq War. The American people would go ballistic at such pro-enemy and anti-troops CRAP. So Murtha and Teddy Kennedy and Dick the Turban Durban will keep snake-in the grassing the troops to TRY THEIR DAMNEDEST to lose this war like Mogadishu...CUT and RUN slimeballs!
