urine is all water products in your body including blood. the human body is 90% water, (not the kind you drink) you have fluids in every Ogran in your body, from you skin to your joints, and yes your liver and kidneys are like huge filters that take out the impurities from your body keeping it homeostasis (balance) if you notice that when you are severely dehydrated or out in the heat your body begins the flight or fight process this is reserving all of you fluids to maintain bodily functions even in severely dehydrated people, usually children and older adults if the don't take in enough fluids to replace what is being lost their urine turns to crystal.
