I have a photo shoot coming up and I need to lose the weight in my stomach area. My body is amazing... I have been told... its just my stomach area that pokes out a little. When I take professional pictures I catch myself holding or sucking it in which I have a problem with, Im tired of doing that..... I just need to know how do I get rid of this weight in that one specific area,in so little time....
I just want to lose my stomach area no place else....
Please serious answers only.....

You can't spot reduce; you need to reduce your overall body fat.

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.

Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Quit whining and lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, then you need to drink more water.

If you're thin but your belly has a little pooch that doesn't come off with working out, chances are that you need to do a long term colon cleanse(includes small and large intestine). I don't know if you can get rid of the pooch in 10 days but it can't hurt to try. You probably have parasites. I'm working on my second month of a total colon cleanse called Colonix from drnatura.com and I'm still seeing worms. I have lost a couple pounds and I feel much better. I highly suggest ridding parasites. You can go to a local health food store that has vitamins and ask. It depends on the area you live in as to which one will work for you. Here in the midwest we use Black Walnut tincture. If you don't want to wait for results I guess you could try a colon cleanse like colon blow, but I'm not suggesting it. I think it's too harsh for your body. Good luck.

If you truly have a stomach and not just seeing it for yourself, there is no way to lose a stomach in 10 days, even if you went to extremes and had a tummy tuck you would still have swelling. You probably are sub-conscious about you stomach, if it bothers you that much then wear something over it. If all else fails, find someone that really knows how to air brush the photos, how do you think all the celebrities do it? none of them are perfect, we all get the air-brushed photos.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

In ten days there is not much you can do. Sit ups are probably the most effective exercise but I don't imagine they would change your shape in ten days. Try a corset as a temporary measure.
