You could have cereals, yogurt, fruit, milk or tea.
If you don't like cereals just have some bread with either cheese or something else. Make sure to have breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day.

I had a hard boiled egg & a raisin bran muffin, with orange juice & a coffee. It was good, but now I'm getting hungry again!

chocolate chip pancakes with maple syrup and butter
r
blueberry muffin big with a frappicino or hot chocolate
r
pop tarts
r
waffles in maple syrup with blueberries in them and sausag or bacon next to them
r
bacon egg cheese r even taylor ham rather then bacon or sausage rather then taylor ham on biscuit bagel or toast and ketchup got ur self a sandwich
r
raisin bran with sugar added and milk

In Italy you would eat:
a nice cornetto (croissant) together with a creamy cappuccino
or cookies in a caffelatte.
Plus a fruit or a fresh orange juice.

How about some toast bread with butter and jam? Also, a boiled egg, some cheese and olives, tomatoes, cucumber, and tea :)

How about a nice mushroom, spinach and cheese omelet w/ a side of toast and sausage...yummy I wish I had that instead of half a bagel and water.

well if u like oatmeal, you could eat oatmeal, toast, cereal and a glass of orange juice. that's what i usually eat for breakfast.
