So far I have tried the following to try and shift it...

Ribena
Snickers
Sausage Roll
Twix
Water
Cigarettes
Crisps - beef flavour

Junk food usually does the trick for me but not today!

Any suggestions?

Bacon Butty and Lucozade. The Bacon stops the acid in the stomach, and the Lucozade gives you the sugar rush and stops you dehydrating. Always works for me!

I would normallt say junk food too, have you tried hot junk food, pizza, chipps, McDonalds.

If none of the above prove to work a nice hot bath and apparently tomato juice is great. Some asprin and lots of sleep.

If they all fail go don the pub with your mates that will sort you out!

For future reference-try drinking some water before you go to bed after drinking-it truly does help me with not having hangovers the next day. Otherwise just get some rest and rehydrate yourself.

You must have had a really good night to still have a hangover this time of day!

Nightnurse, a pint or water and a comfy bed to snooze in for a few hours.

join the club, I'm so hungover I cant even be bothered to get up and go for a wee. my head will start spinning again if I do.

I cant ever cure mine- best just to sleep it off. I had a friend who used to swear by going to the gym the next day and sweating it our - but that's just wrong on so many levels

Buttered toast, fresh juice/water, fresh air and sleep.

Also, go to your local pharmacy and buy some " Andrews ", good for hangovers.
