Accuracy is how close you come to the desired target. Efficiency is how much work and complication you need to expend to achieve the target. The simpler the item, the more efficient. Also, if you waste a lot of energy getting the job done, then it is bad. Wasted energy is inefficiency. Keep it simple and be spot on target. In construction you may be able to allow some variance in the target but nothing before the 17th decimal place.

Plain And Simple :

Accuracy = The Closer You Are To The Objective The Better Accuracy % you got

Efficiency is how often in a % you are 100% accurate

So Basicly They Are dependant one of the other

you cant be efficient if your not accurate
and you cant be accurate if your not efficient

hopes this helps

Accuracy is about how close you are to the desired goal/target; whereas efficiency is about how can you reach the desired goal/target with minimum possible resources (power, time, etc). Take two simple examples:
1. Consider you desire to go from boston to new york by hitch hiking, accuracy is about how close to new york you have reached by this method. You could have reached upto New Haven, which is 60 miles before NY. So your accuracy could be defined as 160/220= ~73 %.
Now the amount of gas a car consumes in this trip can vary on the nature of car or the way one drives. So, one could define efficiency by comparing actual consumption with respect best possible fuel consumption !

2. Consider you wish to make steel of hardness ~60 HRC. Suppose you are reaching only ~57 HRC, then your accuracy level is off by 3 points; On the other hand the comparing the energy required to produce this steel versus best possible method would give the measure of efficiency/

Accuracy means doing thing right. You may do something up to 95% accuracy. For example if you calculate something and come up with one decimal places, you may tune to more accurate if you calculate up to two decimal places.
Efficiency is related to productivity. The quantity does not always contribute to efficiency. E.g: You want to build 10m2 of brick wall. You used 10 labourers and finished it off within 2 days. If you used 5 labourers and finished it off within 1 day, that's more efficient.
In some circumstances we said the machine does not work at 100% efficiency. That means we have to deduct the machine breakdown time during it work.

To make it simple, accuracy is how close you get to a target. Efficiency is how you do it without producing waste (time, energy, ...)
