I've been working on my arms, thighs, abs, etc, but I completely ignored my bottom. I didn't even realize it could change that much in 6 months. My naivety. Anyways, it's gotten wide and just ugly to look at. What are the workouts you use to get a small, smooth, firm butt?

hey, to get rid of some of that fat off your bottom, just do some cardio, i would reccomend the stairmaster. in order to make your bum toned and firm. you can lunge, but squating is a much better exercise. there are so many variations. you can do it the normal way, with the barbell, or on a BOSU, or with dumbelles, and even using a stability ball.
Good luck, and i know you can do it.
p.s. if you tell a guy you squat, it will attract them to you more:)

Correctly executing moves in Pilates is much harder than you think, but extremely effective, and you feel and see the results rather quickly. Lunges and squats will work, but keep an eye on your knees, as these can strain them something awful. When lunging or squatting, make sure to keep both hands on the leg (or legs) that is bent to help your knee(s) support your upper body weight.

Try lunges and squats. Start off with a few at a time and work up slowly. Also try sitting upright on the floor and walking with your butt one cheek after another - it takes some doing but is great for working it off.

Squats and lunges are an excellent way to tone and shape the butt. Also, doing pilates I hear works well for women.

Stairmaster is probably the best!

Running and bicycling are also very good.
