I have to agree with Curious on this, the media could do more to highlight positive things done by Muslims, stories about individuals who are doing something good in the world...HH, you are right to be concerned, everyone should be, entire groups are smeared over the actions of a few whackos, it might not be your culture today, or mine, but it will be somewhere along the way. You, or I, or the poster down the road has, or will have to cope with things like that, it's only a matter of time...and we see the results of that kind of stuff being played out here all the time...

It would help greatly if the moderate Muslims would constantly reject the action of terrorists in public. They all say they condemn the actions in private or on public forums like this but rarely do you ever see a leader denouce their actions. It would help others accept the moderate Muslims are not being controled by the extremists.

I believe by stop reading hateful sites and stop watching so much CNN and BBC. also people should start finding Muslim friends to really get to know them.

Excuse me. It isn't "society"'s fault that suicide bombers are muslims. Muslims themselves need to take steps to improve their image in society.
