I don't know about Terrorism... but Terror is signed by the hands covering the body and the shoulders hunching forward to represent a person who has been frightened by something. The great thing about sign language (ASL or Signed English) is that if you don't know a sign you can finger-spell it!
If the person you are signing to knows the sign they will usually show it to you!
