I mean, being a lady is awful!!! Why did God have to make some people ladies so they'd have to suffer all the cruelities women suffer(being inferior, being treated terribly in history, harder to get a loan, etc.) And then, to make it even more grand, we have to have birth pains and submit to our husband.Genesis 3:16. We will "be saved through childbearing". So, basically, we're inferior, have to submit, and it's our "priveleged" duty to have children through birth pains.
Why did God have to make this happen? Is there anything good about being a woman? Do you feel it is a "gift" from God?

I don't see where most of your problems (Being treated badly, trouble getting loans, etc) are God's fault

Why are you blaming him when people treat you badly

Actually, I feel there are MANY wonderful things about being a woman.
Our clothes are cute. We have the freedom to hug our friends of the same sex without anyone accusing us of being a homosexual. We can even kiss our friends of the same sex on the cheek if we want! Can men do that? Nope.
Sisters are almost always closer than brothers.
We can share clothes, and makeup, and shoes.
We can have FUN shopping if we want.
We can work, or we can raise children. It's all up to us. We can even do BOTH if we want! And if we're good mothers, the bond between us and our children is UNBREAKABLE.
We are naturally blessed with intuition and compassion. Men have to WORK for those things.
We CAN be the spiritual head of the household, if we're Christian and our husbands aren't. I am the spiritual head of my household, and as such, I do NOT have to be submissive to my husband in that regard. But even greater than that, my husband STILL loves me as the Bible says he's supposed to. He would just about do anything for me.
I am so blessed, as a woman, even as a Christian woman.
I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to. I can take on the careers that were once only for men, or I can take a career that was once meant for women. It's MY decision. Men, on the other hand, are still limited, whether society will admit it or not.
I can cry in public, and no one will call me a wuss. I can like whatever kind of music I want, even opera and classical, and no one will call me a wuss. I can TRULY enjoy art. I can write poetry, and no one will call me a "girly man" because I'm a WOMAN! I can act silly with my girlfriends, talk to strippers without them getting the wrong idea, AND notice the beauty of other women, without sounding a bit...well, gay.
And most of all, I know that God loves women. He created us to be EQUALS with our husbands. It's supposed to be a partnership.
Too many people see the scripture that says wives have to submit to their husbands, and ignore the rest. The REST says that husbands have to love, honor, and respect their wives. They even have to love their wives as Christ loves the church. Jesus would do just about anything for His followers. Husbands are supposed to be willing to do the same.
I am not inferior, and my credit is better than my husband's. So it's EASY for me to get a loan.
I love being a woman. I wouldn't have it any other way.

That was the women's lot in the curse. Men have to work and by the sweat of their brow earn enough to take care of their families. At least, that's how it was understood for many centuries until "women's liberation" told women that they didn't need men and the devaluation of the traditional family got under way with the attendant miseries that have accompanied that departure from God's will.

But God tells his children this about how they should live together.

Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. 28 In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, 30 because we are members of his body. 31 "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." 32 This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church. 33 However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

1 Peter 3:1 Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives-- 2 when they see your respectful and pure conduct. 3 Do not let your adorning be external--the braiding of hair, the wearing of gold, or the putting on of clothing-- 4 but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious. 5 For this is how the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn themselves, by submitting to their husbands, 6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord. And you are her children, if you do good and do not fear anything that is frightening.

7 Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.

All the curses on women came because of Eve. Now the woman being a helpmeet to her husband came from God but thats not a curse.

Don't know where your coming from, but my life is pretty darn good. Birthing pains? No big deal. I'd do it all over again. It's great being a woman.

Oh stop complaining, life isn't that bad. Life is good, but only if you make it.
