everytime i go to chruch there is this girl stareing at me she did say i was cute. and everytime when its time to shake everyone hands she stareing at me i was like 3 feet of her and i was stareing to and i go back to sit she stareing right into my eyes she looks back and stareing we stare in are eyes like 40 secs.

Make a move. Staring at her, although fun, will get you nowhere. :)
Say 'hey' or something, or ask her what school she goes to. See how she reacts and go from there.

yeah, staring can be fun but YOU seriously need to go and talk to her if you like her. The staring can lead to obsession and what not, not quite healthy.... so i highly recommend stopping the staring game and going up to her to talk to her. PLEASE!
