Well, Centrum is a good one to use, it has everything you need.
If you're looking for something specific to women, then the One A Day Women's formula is a good choice. They have the same vitamins as Centrum, only with a bit more folic acid and calcium.
Hope this helps.

Vitamins D E A K are fat soluble vitamins. This means they hang around in the body stored in the fat and you don't have to replace them daily. You get many vitamins from the food you eat.
Most doctors prescribe a B+C complex. These are the vitamins that are flushed easily from the body. Many women need extra iron, and should have folic acid to help the absorption of the iron. The problem is that everyone is not the same. Many multivitamins include zinc, magnesium and a lot of other stuff we really don't need to take regularly. Your best bet is to eat lots of leafy green vegetables and citrus fruits. Take some iron and folic if you think you need it. The rest of it you pretty much get out of the foods you eat already.

You aren't gonna like this answer...
None of them~
Mutivitamins are the RDA, Recommended Daily Allowance, of vitamins for ONE DAY.
PPPPPPLLLEEEAASSSEEEE!
These are useless and absurd guidelines that were established during World War II.
These guidelines were established because many foods were being rationed at that time. The RDA in multivitamins is the 'minimum daily dosage' that your body would need to combat Scurvy and Rickets.
Most of the young people reading this have never even heard of these diseases.
BECAUSE THESE DISEASES WERE WIPED OUT IN OUR COUNTRY LONG AGO!
To me, RDA stands for
'Really Dumb Advice'.
If you think that you are getting off easy by taking only one daily vitamin pill, you are WAY RIGHT!!!!
*IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!**
The MOST ADVENTAGEOUS AND BENEFICIAL way to take your vitamins is to take them separately, so that you can ensure you are getting enough of the essential antioxidants that keep you healthy and vibrant!
It’s your life! You decide!
Women need extra Calcium but it won't be effective unless you take it WITH Magnesium~ They should be used in unison.
You can find more great information about what vitamins to take and how much you need a day in my vitamins links on my Beauty care tips pages.

I take a mulit-vitamin by a company called Carlson. It comes in a brown bottle with an orange label. You can probably find it at the health food store. It addresses all of a female's "need" as far as calcium and iron are concerned.
(email me if you want more details - the bottle is at home and I'm at work)
