From the way you asked (or said) that I am gathering that your puppy was not eating and you went to the vet for an anti biotic shot and it still is not eating.
If that is the case, you may have a problem. Why did the vet give the puppy a shot and what was the shot? If your not happy with this vet you can always go to another,or you can call the vet and report what is going on and see what he/she says. You can also do both, call your vet and call another vet,

Meanwhile, cook some chicken and see if you can get your puppy to eat some small pieces or ground up fresh chicken. You could try anything like that, eggs, meats, milk. Try hand feeding also.

It could have been the actual injection that is continuing your dogs lack of intake. My cat was the same way for a couple of days. Wait one more day before consulting your vet again. Leave some of your dogs favorite food out, whether it be meat, dog food, macaroni whatever. Animals can't live without food and as hard it is to believe dogs are smart enough to know that.

Sorry, I like cats

Call the vet and let them know of your concerns. This time ask questions!
Try to make sure your pup is warm and is drinking plenty of water.
You can cook some ground chicken or turkey (drain the fat off)and add some cooked rice to it and see if he will eat a bit.

If your vet doesn't give you what you think is a good enough answer then go to another vet.

Make sure your dog is getting fluids. Dehydration ca make matters much worse. Try feeding a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. What is the fever caused by? How long has this been going on? Get a second opinion from another vet.

Throu experience dogs tend to like an nature food additive called flavour savour(Dried liver) you sprinkle it on their food and they inhale it. You can find it at the local health food store. Also Derby tined mixed in thier regular food and slowly ween them off once eating. Also I find cooked chicken to. Chicken will help to prevent diarhea too
