You can get out of jury duty. I would get a note from your doctor explaining the problem and it should be no problem to get out of it.

Pregnant or not, you still have to go.
Tell them you are pregnant and have horrible morning sickness and you can't be on the jury

Get a note from your doctor, then call the number on the summons and ask them their procedure for opting out of the duty. (Each jurisdiction is different)
