Kneel with one knee on a bench with your back parallel to the bench so your body is over the bench. You will be working the arm on the same side as your bent knee so support your body with the other arm. Holding your elbow into your body and with a light weight extend your arm backwards. Your arm should not leave teh side of your body. Do this with a light weight and do lots of them. Then other side. As you get better you can raise your elbow highter which is slightly harder.

the key to toning is lighter weights but more of them.

You got some good answers.

Digger is wright on the spot.

I would just add a few arm exercises with light dumbbells. Use weight that allows for "many fast" reps, which will tone your muscles without making them bulky. (Say about 20 or 25 reps instead of 8 or 12).

Other hand and arms exercises as suggested by others are also a good choice. You can do some of all alternatives.

Your problem has a solution, and it will not take to long if you are constant and exercise 3 or 4 times a week- No need to over do it in the sense of daily exercise, or pain, or excess weight.

Luck!

You can't spot reduce; you need to reduce your overall body fat.

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.

Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Quit whining and lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, then you need to drink more water.

Good luck.

Follow the 80/20 rule, which means eating clean 80 percent of the time and indulging a little 20 percent of the time.

This is gonna sound really stupid, but march like a soldier by waving ya arms all over the place. Everyone will thumbs down me now even though they've never tried it.

Keep a food journal along with email it every night to a family member or friend. The accountability will keep an individual honest.

Also include 10 grams connected with fiber to satiate hunger longer and forestall bloating from constipation.
