No. There is no first or second person of the trinity either. The Bible does not teach the trinity. The trinity is defined by the Athanasian Creed, which says in part:
"So there is One Father, not Three Fathers; one Son, not Three Sons; One Holy Ghost, not Three Holy Ghosts. And in this Trinity none is afore or after Other, None is greater or less than Another, but the whole Three Persons are Co-eternal together, and Co-equal."
Is there ANY verse in the Bible that says God is made up of 3 co-equal, co-eternal persons? Not one! There is also no verse that uses the terms "God the Son" or "God the holy Spirit."
Instead of teaching a trinity, the Bible says that Jehovah is the Most High. Ps. 83:18. At John 17:3, he is called the only true God. Jesus Christ is not God; he is God's Son. The holy spirit is God's power or active force. Gen. 1:2
Catholic research sources even acknowledge that the holy spirit is not a person, but a force. For instance: "The New Catholic Encyclopedia: "The O[ld] T[estament] clearly does not envisage God's spirit as a person . . . God's spirit is simply God's power. If it is sometimes represented as being distinct from God, it is because the breath of Yahweh acts exteriorly." It also says: "The majority of N[ew] T[estament] texts reveal God's spirit as something, not someone; this is especially seen in the parallelism between the spirit and the power of God."
A Catholic Dictionary: "On the whole, the New Testament, like the Old, speaks of the spirit as a divine energy or power."

the Holy Spirit is a person. In the Bible he is referred to as a person eg when he(the Holy Spirit) comes, he will guide you into all truth. Check out from John chapter 14 verse 26 to chapter 16 verse 7 and in those passages the Holy Spirit is referred to as a 'He' not an 'it'. I think that means he is a real person with real attributes , character etc

Yes, the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He is a distinct entity from the Father and Jesus. He shows emotions, has a mind and a will.

Hear is an analogy that a wise man of God shared with me on the Trinity laymen wise:
If we can imagine God as an Egg. You have the Shell, you have the white and you have the yolk. They all have different functions. but it is still an EGG!
You have God the father, God the son and God the holy Spirit as one as the Trinity is GOD!

The Holy spirit is God's active power or force. Not actually a person in the sense he has a name.
We cannot know all of God's attributes. He said so.
"My thinking is higher than yours"
We simply don't have the capacity to think on his level.

God The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is present everywhere.
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? (Psalm 139:7).
The Holy Spirit is all-knowing.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you (John 14:26).
God The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is all-powerful. Paul said that preached in the power of the Holy Spirit.
In the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and round about as far as Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Chris (Romans 15:19).
God The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is also unchanging.
This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear (Haggai 2:5).
5. They Are Eternal
All three members of the Trinity are eternal.
God The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is also eternal.
How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God (Hebrews 9:14).
Summary
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are each called God in Scripture. In addition, divine attributes are attributed to all three of them. Only God is all-powerful, all-knowing, eternal, everywhere present, and unchanging. Yet the Scripture says these attributes belong to each member of the Trinity. This is another proof that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the one God. All three of them possess attributes that only God can possess. Therefore the three of them must be the one God.

The Holy Spirit can be grieved which is an aspect of personality.
EPH 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

The Holy Spirit is more than a power, force, or an influence. He is a person of deity. As a person, the Holy Spirit experiences all the sinless elements involved with a personality
1. He possesses the attributes of personality.
a. He has a mind.
“And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God” (Rom. 8:27). The first “he” in this verse is a reference to the Son of God, as seen in verse 34 of Romans while the second “he” refers to the Holy Spirit himself. What a fantastic truth is seen here, for the believer enjoys the intercessory ministry of both the Son and Holy Spirit.
b. He has a will.
“But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will” (1 Cor. 12:11) This is a reference to the various spiritual gifts which the Holy Spirit imparts to believers as he determines.
c. He grieves.
“And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption” (Eph. 4:30).
An influence cannot be grieved.
2. He performs the actions of personality a He speaks.
Acts 8:29
Acts 10:19
b. He prays “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered” (Rom. 8:26).
In the difficult moments of our lives, how comforting it is to know we are being prayed for, perhaps by family members or some godly pastor, but how much more blessed to realize that the Holy Spirit of God offers up fervent and effective prayer
3. He receives the ascriptions of personality
a. He can be lied to (Acts 5:3)
b. He can be resisted (Acts 7:51)
In the New Testament alone there are some 261 passages which refer to the Holy Spirit. He is mentioned fifty-six times in the Gospels, fifty-seven times in the book of Acts, 112 times in the Pauline epistles, and thirty-six times in the remaining New Testament. I think we would do well to get to know Him.
I. The Deity Of The Holy Spirit
A. The Holy Spirit Is God Because He Possesses Divine Attributes.
1. He is Eternal.
Hebrews 9:14 "How much more shall the of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God."
2. He is Omnipresent.
Psa 139:7-10 "Whither shall I go from Thy Spirit ? Or whither shall I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, Thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold Thou art there."
3. He is Omnipotent.
See Job 33:4,5
4. He is Omniscient.
1 Cor 2:10-11 "The Spirit searcheth all things, yea the deep things of God.....knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
B. The Holy Spirit Is God Because He Performs Divine Actions.
The Holy Spirit does things that only God can do.
1. His work in creation.
Job 33:4 "The Spirit of God hath made me."
2. His work in salvation.
1 Cor. 6:11 "Ye are justified in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
3. His work in inspiration.
II Peter 1:21
4. His work in incarnation.
Matthew 1:28
The humanity of Christ came into existence creatively through the work of the Holy Spirit.
C. The Holy Spirit Is God Because Of His Divine Associations.
See Acts 5:3,4 and Matthew 28:19.
