Were you lifting weights? Doing cardio? Other?
I get this way sometimes when lifting weights, (I think it's my low blood pressure but I could be wrong).

You could have either gotten dehydrated or low blood sugar.
If you have had low blood sugar its possible that you'd have a headache. Have a big sweet drink & rest. It should go pretty quick. Try to make sure you have enough water to drink when exercising, small regular sips. & if you havent eaten have an energy drink, such as lucozade

Sounds like you may be dehydrated. Are you dieting excessively and working out?
