Were you lifting weights? Doing cardio? Other?
I get this way sometimes when lifting weights, (I think it's my low blood pressure but I could be wrong).

You could have either gotten dehydrated or low blood sugar.
If you have had low blood sugar its possible that you'd have a headache. Have a big sweet drink & rest. It should go pretty quick. Try to make sure you have enough water to drink when exercising, small regular sips. & if you havent eaten have an energy drink, such as lucozade

A similar thing happend to me last night...

I was in the pub and got all light headed... its also been around 18 hours and I have a headache... also feel a bit sick and have a craving for sausage rolls.

Sounds like you may be dehydrated. Are you dieting excessively and working out?

probably dehydrated, drink water, but only sips
but, have you been eating?

may also have low blood pressure, get a check up

drink more water sounds like you are dehydrated. make sure you drink water throughout your workout
