My sympathy. What kind of pain killers did they give you? When I had two wisdom teeth (3rd molars) pulled I was given some vicodin and I went to a very happy place for about 48 hours and when I came back, the pain was gone. Tylenol with codeine is good too. These things require a prescription in the USA and may be called something else where you are. If you haven't been given a prescription, take what ever over the counter pain killer works best for you and put an ice pack on your face where it hurts. If you don't have a regulation ice bag, a zip lock storage bag makes a good one. Some people swear by a bag of frozen peas, but they you have mushy peas to eat.
For dinner tonight Popsicles, made from juice, and if you can stand it, a soft boiled egg.

Everybody's pain fresh hold is different so it would be difficult to say how long the pain will actually last for.
I normally tell my patients that the pain will gradually ease after a couple of days, and if there is any discomfort to take their usual pain killers, but avoid ASPIRINS as these thin the blood and will encourage pre op bleeding.
Smoking should also be avoid as the toxins in the cigarette smoke will prevent the socket from healing and dry socket may occur which can be very painful.

It varies from person to person. Some people have no pain the day after and some may experience pain 2 weeks after. I just had extractions last Friday and the pain only lasted about 3-4 days. One of my teeth had to be "surgically removed" and since he had to cut down in the gum, I am still experiencing just a little pain. Hopefully, you won't experience any pain.

Everyone is different but make sure you rinse with hot salt water, if you dont you could get an infection. You should be much better by Monday but still a little tender.

Make sure you follow all the instructions they give you, even if you feel alright. You dont want to end up with a Dry Socket.

Take some ibuprofen or cocodamol and the pain will shift pretty quick.
