And where exactly are you ? Antarctica ? Venezuela ? Not everyone lives where you do, you know.
Just about anywhere, if you look at the local dog breeders association links. Great dogs, fantastic dogs, but they don't get along with other dogs. Socialise them early and often or you will have problems.

Wow Answerers an Irish Terrier is very similar to a Lakeland terrier or a Wire Haired Fox Terrier only it is all red. Yikes...
About buying one, well they aren't all that popular in the US but I have a feeling with a name like Crufts your in the UK and I don't know where I would start looking there. Why not ask some Irish Terrier people at the show if they have had any litters?

Hi, if you're in the UK then a good place to start looking for one would be via the Kennel Club website. There's a Puppy Sales Register on the site & they have lots of advice on where not to buy a puppy & the benefits of buying a KC registered dog.
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436
Another good place to try is the Champdogs site. The breeders who are listed on here generally only have registered pedigree pups for sale.
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_irish-terrier.html
Unfortunately, there are no pups currently listed but if you contact a breeder in your area (or one that you like the sound of) then perhaps they might have puppies due? However, there are also links to Irish Terrier clubs on this site & you might be able to find a puppy or an adult rescue dog by contacting them.
You could also try searching in ePupz - the advertisers here are a mixture & you'll find both registered, unregistered, cross breeds, adults & puppies for sale - you'll have to register to get the contact details, free for ads over five days old:
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?breed=Irish+Terrier&area=all&st=1&Submit=Search+++
(or not - there's only one advert at the moment on ePupz, lol)
Finally, if you're after an adult or a rescue dog - then there are Irish Terrier Rescue details on this page:

Good luck

Presuming you are in the UK as well as the kennel club you can try the following website
www.breedersonline.co.uk
of course you need to ensure that the breeder is genuine but they do have puppies that the kennel club don't alway know about. I found my Akita puppy there and once I checked that the breeder was known to the KC and all the correct health checks had been carried out I was more than happy.
There is also another site
http://www.pedigreesearch.co.uk/...
breeders seem to use this site also. It's also worth doing a search for breeders websites in your area as they may just advertise the odd puppy or you can register for an upcoming litter.

If you use the Kennel Club's Puppy Sales Register search facility you can search for breeders with puppies of your chosen breed by area of the UK.
