It depends what brands you buy. In an upscale health oriented place, like Whole Foods, the canned or bottled juice is probably legit.. (but read the labels first.) Most canned juices have the main ingredient water, even if it says something else on the label.

You should read the label to be sure of the particular product, but if it says orange/pineapple juice then that is what it should be with no added colors.

I'd have to say no on that one. Juices are so processed when canned, bottled or frozen....they are nothing like their natural state. Also, there are a lot of different preservatives and additives.

they r made of real fruits
but the colours are artificial
