do not assume that because a person is shy that they are gay;why don't you ask them on both accounts and see you very well could get a surprising answer

how silly gay/bi/straight we can all be shy so you cant say you wont ask as "gays"are shy thats silly,get i grip (on him if needs be) and ask.

Doesn't being somebody's friend mean they like you? If they didn't like you surely you wouldn't think of them as a friend.
