As a woman, you need iron and calcium in your diet, so foods that offer that but watch the bad carbs. Reduce the amount of junk foods, sodas and sugars in your diet and step up white meats and fish

I think its best to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Activity and exercise is the best way to get in shape. The problem is allot of people diet but don’t lose weight because they don’t incorporate exercise. Why don’t you try walking outside everyday along with the yoga. Maybe if you try reading some books on yoga so you can learn new positions. I think cutting out fried food would help allot!
