Don't forget you too have your own culture and are equally important as she. Do you imagine she is worried about how to behave around you? I don't think so. So just be you. However if you are really concerned and think it would help to understand her google it........balinese culture

Behave around her the way you expect other people to behave around you. She has to accept our culture, dont make exceptions for her.

Be yourself.Why should you have to change for her?Boss or no boss she should adapt to our culture and way of life.Remind her on that she is in England now,and we pro bally do things different to her country.Makes you sick doesn't it?We have to change for them.

I agree with those who say to be yourself. Importantly, you can get to know your new boss and learn about her culture from the position of honesty about yourself, and that includes little or no knowledge about her culture of origin.
