for example is it okay to workout back if your chest is sore? i know that they are 2 seperate muscles but when working back it streches the chest when pulling the weight back, is this okay or would it be better to weight till chest is not sore anymore.

It is completely fine to do that, even helpful. The blood circulating will warm the muscle and make stretching easier.Blood flow will also help flush the lactic acid from the muscle..that is what is causing the soreness...You will not hurt yourself doing this...Good luck.

It is ok,you will not cause damage in fact,you should only stretch out muscles after you have warmed up....and you are not taxing the sore muscle group you are stetching,which will be helpful,and give some relief
