It's usually just a cop out, a decent way of saying he isn't ready for a serious relationship. Maybe, just maybe, he does realize you're too good for him, at this present time. Girl, I'd be about my business being even better! Men eventually want the GOOD girl. She's the one they take home to meet Mama.

It means two things. First, it means he wants to dump you and see other ladies. Secondly, it means he's right. You are indeed too good for him. Move on to the next door. That one is closing.

Poor Girl, believe him you are really too good for him, get rid of him immediatley and find someone who really deserves you, anyone but him. If he says that he means that he doesn't really want you, don't waste any time on him. just go.

As some have said, it might mean he is just trying to be nice.
On the other hand, he might really mean it. He might have a low self esteem and genuinely believe it.

Depends. Have you ever gone out with him before? If yes, then he's basically telling you he doesn't want to see you anymore. It's not working out.
If you haven't gone out with him at all, well, means he's not interested.

it mean that he's doing dirt and his consiounce is phucking with him.
it can also be a way of him trying to start breaking up with you...
but before you jump to any conclusions, ask him what he meant by it....
