He would "get closer" to you, if you did'nt live so far apart.
It's too difficult to start off anything serious with distance in the way.

LOL I am in that EXACT same boat! I haven't really figured it out but I know that I can depend on him even though we do live hours apart. Sometimes i like that we live apart because I can tell him things that I wouldn't tell him if he were right here. Sure it is hard and we both have pondered the inevitable what if questions but it is kind of like my mom told me. If it is meant to be it will happen, maybe the distance is God's way of letting you two get close to each other emotionally. It gives you a chance to get to know who he truly is on the inside. This could be God's way of telling you the timing for you two just isn't right at this point... I know you don't want to hear that because i sure didn't but it help me feel a little relief even though it still hurts because you want a "chance" to see where you two might go so bad yet you know at this point and time there is no possible way! I say stay close and get to know him inside and out... you never know, sometimes you fall in love with your best friend and then the distance won't matter! Hope that helps you a little! When you figure it out let me know! :) Good Luck...

Depends how he said that.
Its nothing to be excited about it, if he was interested in you he could drive to your place or buzz you...is that difficult???
My advice to you dont be excited girls are much sensitive then boys and hurts very bad if someone just plays with your emotions and true feelings.

I agree its 50/50. Sometimes guys like giving excuses as to why they dont want to be with a certain girl so they dont hurt their feelings as much and dont come off as an asshole. But he may also not want a girl who lives far, I know I wouldnt want that.

I wouldn't get carried away by this one remark, but I wouldn't write it completely off either. A guy will say anything, you know that already, but you know this person, I assume, not me, and you will have to be the judge of his character and his sincerity. Time will tell. I know that's not what you want to hear right now, but it's the truth.

sounds like he doesnt want a long distant relationship. Nothing to be excited about. Find someone nearby.

I don't think its anything to get excited about. I've been in that position before and I got excited for nothing afterwards.

Sounds to me that he is making an excuse, and wants to let you down gently. Move on with your life and find a good guy closer to home, there's plenty out there for you

A guy needs a little more in a relationship than just talk, but we have emotions as well. But we love sexxx. And that is with a triple x
